A villa has five bedrooms with double beds: a kitchen and a living room on the first floor, two bedrooms each on the second and third floors, and on the fourth one bedroom and access to a terrace with a sea view. Every bedroom has a double bed, a private shower and toilet, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The kitchen has built-in electric cooktops, a refrigerator, a multicooker, a microwave, an electric kettle, cookware and tableware. There is also a living room, a washing machine and a dryer. Wi-Fi, underground parking, housekeeping, a change of linen and towels and a shared swimming pool are included. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. The beach and the sea are about 150 metres away, the swimming pool 200–250 metres. Nearby there are cafes and restaurants, a seafood food court, a SPA, a grocery shop and a park, and along the shore a long coastline suitable for walks and jogging.
